Welcome
Join me for a three-day immersive workshop designed to help you understand and experience the profound intelligence of the craniosacral system.
My intention is that every participant leaves with both a grounded comprehension of this subtle bodywork and the confidence to apply what you learn right away.
I’m Kayla Frandsen, LMT, and Craniosacral Therapy is the heart of my practice. My work weaves somatic emotional release with deep presence and the mind-body-spirit connection. Through years of continued study and hands-on experience, I’ve witnessed how this gentle yet powerful approach supports profound healing on every level.
—What You’ll Learn
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) focuses on the membranes, bones, fascia, and cerebrospinal fluid that support the brain and spinal cord. Imbalances in this system can contribute to headaches, TMJ, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, and so much more.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:
1. Understand how the Craniosacral System functions and influences wellness.
2. Develop palpation skills to feel and assess the Craniosacral rhythm throughout the body.
3. Learn safe, effective techniques to decompress the cranial bones.
4. Release tension in the fascial system to restore flow and balance.
5. Conduct a basic Craniosacral session with confidence and sensitivity.
Whether you’re a licensed practitioner expanding your skills or a newcomer drawn to healing arts, this workshop meets you where you are.
(As of May 5, 2023, Utah no longer requires a bodywork license to practice Craniosacral Therapy.)
— Integration & Mentorship
Enrollment includes three complimentary Open Studio practice sessions to help you refine your skills and integrate what you’ve learned.
These evenings provide hands-on guidance, feedback, and continued connection within our learning community.

-A Personal Note
Craniosacral work has been one of the most transformative paths in my own healing and practice. It’s taught me how to listen more deeply to the body, to emotion, and to the subtle rhythms that guide us toward balance. My hope is that you leave this experience not only with new skills, but with a deeper sense of trust in the body’s innate wisdom your own, and those you touch.
Let’s connect, learn, and grow together, honoring the body’s natural capacity to heal.
